Sylvantia – Magda Fahsi treats your personal data securely and with discretion and does everything necessary to ensure that your data does not fall into the hands of third parties. Sylvantia – Magda Fahsi may process the following additional and/or sensitive personal data in the context of phyto-aromatherapy and gemmotherapy consultations only: questionnaire related to your symptoms.

Sylvantia – Magda Fahsi processes your data for the following purposes:
- Manage your registration for one of our activities;
- Contact you, if necessary, to provide our services.
- Help you feel better and reduce your symptoms.
- Sylvantia – Magda Fahsi also processes data if we are required to do so by law.
How long we keep your data
Sylvantia – Magda Fahsi will not retain your data longer than strictly necessary to provide the services for which your data was required. Our maximum data retention periods are: five years for necessary data, seven years for the tax department, six months for e-mails and other digital type messages.
Share with third parties
Sylvantia – Magda Fahsi does not sell your data to third parties. We only transmit it if it is necessary to provide the services requested by you or if it is a legal obligation.

We are very sensitive to the issue of privacy and the protection of personal data, hence Sylvantia – Magda Fahsi does not use any cookies, whether functional, analytical or tracking. You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data. You can send a request for access, correction or deletion of your data to magda@sylvantia.com. In order to ensure that this access request is legitimate, we ask that you send it to us with a copy of your identity card. However, in order to protect your data, cross out your identity card number or national register number with black. Sylvantia – Magda Fahsi will respond to your request as soon as possible, and always within four weeks.
